My 16 month old son is suspected to have celiac disease. He had a positive
antibody test and D Xylose, but the small bowel biopsy was negative. (
Several sections from the lower duodenum.) He has been on what I think is a
gluten free diet for about 3 weeks and continues to have the symptoms but
not as severe. One day he ate a ritz cracker found in his brothers room and
the digestive symptoms worsened later that day. Perhaps I don't recognize
all of the hidden glutens and his diet is not gluten free? What else could
be going on here? He was fine until I stopped nursing him 4 months ago.
Could someone please send me a shopping guide ? I had also been using the
flours from Bobs Red Mill but now use products from EnerG Foods. Send to J.
