Very exciting news to be moving into a new facility.  The new location will
be at 8174 SW Durham Road, Tigard, OR 97224.
 
Retail shopping will be available.  The products are coming soon to: all 7
New Seasons Market Stores in Portland as well as Whole Foods, Bridgeport for
local shoppers.  Products are available currently at Lingonberries in
Vancouver, WA, Withey's Natural Foods in Kalispell, MT, Bonanza Health Foods
in Billings, MT and the Gluten-free Cupboard in Rochester, MN.  We have also
teamed up with www.gfplanet.com if you haven't looked at their great site
yet, please do.  It is a consumer loaded database system with great
information.  Share your favorite store, restaurant or other information
with celiacs around the world.  Laurel's Sweet Treats products are available
through their site too.
 
We are teaming up with a great new gluten-free product made by New Cascadia
Traditional and forming the Gluten-free Co-op of Oregon.  They have great
refrigerated cookie dough that will be easy to bake and serve.
 
Gluten-free cooking classes will be taught by Laurel at Whole Foods -
Bridgeport in Tigard, OR on the third Tuesday of the month starting March
20, 2007.  New recipes are being developed as well as new products.  The
first class will be "Have your cake and eat it too" with lots of tips for
baking a gluten-free cake you would be proud to serve to all your guests as
well as decorating cupcakes your kids will think came from the bakery.
 
Thank you to all my loyal customers for the feedback on how much you enjoy
the mixes!!  Moving isn't complete yet so watch for news on the grand
opening!!  We will let everyone know.
