Dear List Mates,

Here is something a little different: a GF bread that is actually soft the
next day. This bread recipe bakes up very fluffy and is good for rolls or
ciabatta (flat bread). Click this URL
http://home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/gfbaking/ or this shorter form *
http://tinyurl.com/2vdggw .* Navigate down the page and look for <NEW> in
bold red colors.

This bread is on the bland side, but that is not necessarily a problem. Most
dinner rolls are designed to not take away from butter and honey, and you
can make the bread more interesting with herbs and toppings. I haven't tried
it yet, but a little amaranth and flax addition/substitution would make for
a nice whole grain flavor.

Please let me know when you try the bread and what changes you have made.
