Dear Reader,

It's everywhere.

Gluten free is the new "low-fat."

Whether it's a medical decision for you or a lifestyle one, you need to know
there's something dangerous hiding in your gluten-free diet.

In fact, you may unknowingly be replacing gluten with a toxic ingredient.
One that can damage your kidneys, wreck your liver and even cause cancer.
Here's what you need to know right now, before you take another bite of that
gluten-free cereal, cracker or chip.

And there is a way to be safe -- and still be gluten free. You just have to
know what to look for.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
No turning back
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Eating gluten free seems much easier these days. Almost every company is
making products for this kind of diet. It's such a big seller that even
foods that never, ever had gluten in them say so on the package!

But while you think you're doing something good for your health, it turns
out you may be doing just the opposite.

Because while all those products may be free of gluten, they've got
something else that may be harming you much more.

I'm talking about corn.

As soon as the gluten and wheat are stripped out of a food, 7 times out of
10, it's replaced by corn.

And not surprisingly, the corn ingredients found in most of these foods are
almost guaranteed to be genetically modified.

I know you've heard about GM corn, but do you know what it really is -- and
the health horrors it can cause?

Once upon a time, actually not all that long ago, corn was just corn. A
simple grain that was easy to swap out for wheat and other grains that
contain gluten.

But then Monsanto started taking control of our food supply. It made some
"tiny" changes in the DNA of corn...so the plant wouldn't die when sprayed
with Roundup.

By now there's a truckload of evidence that GM corn is hazardous to your
health. Study after study has shown the risks.

For example:
*	A toxin added to Monsanto's GM corn has been found in the blood of
pregnant women and newborns. Monsanto swore that this poison would be
completely destroyed by digestion. And of course, the EPA and FDA believed
that!
*	When rats were fed GM corn, they had significant damage to their
liver, kidneys and immune system.
*	Unexpected large and aggressive tumors also developed in rats fed GM
corn.
And then there's the Roundup. You didn't think all the Roundup that corn is
drenched in just disappears now, did you?

It doesn't, because that's how it's supposed to work. It's called a
"systemic" pesticide. And every bite of GM corn is giving you a tiny dose of
Roundup. Something that also disrupts your hormones and can cause permanent
damage.

So when you're grabbing that loaf of gluten-free bread or about to bite into
a gluten-free cookie, make sure to read the ingredients carefully -- and
skeptically.

One way is to buy foods with other gluten-free seeds and grains that haven't
been tainted by Monsanto (yet). Right now that includes buckwheat, amaranth,
quinoa and rice -- but only if the rice is organic. And you can still have
corn on your menu and be safe -- just make sure it's organic and Non-GMO
Project certified.

Now is the time to take matters into our own gluten-free hands. Because if
we wait for the FDA to protect us, we'll be waiting a very, very long time.

To Your Good Health,

Jenny Thompson
