This is probably the second hardest e-mail that I've had to write to
this list. The first being the one regarding the Honey-Baked Ham.

First, let me tell you that I did go to this bakery (San Diego Artisan
Bakery) on Tuesday and they did tell me they will be making
"gluten-free" bread on Fridays and Saturdays. She seemed to have no
doubt at all, and was very excited about it. Since posting to the list
regarding the bread, I've had two people write to me that they called
the bakery. The bakery informed them that it will be "Kamut" bread,
which to my understanding is not gluten-free.

I just called the bakery and they were very sorry and I expressed severe
disappointment. I let them know how many people were interested and how
disappointed "they" will be. I asked if there was any way in the future
they could look into this. She said her boss has been talking to a
company about a gluten-free mix. She is going to pass along my number
to him and see if this is possible.

I really thought I had done all the right things. Obviously, I should
have asked what flours they were using and I did not. Forgive me once
again.
