Lundberg Farms rice cakes are safe (GF), weigh more (more calories,
nutrition, and fiber for the $). They're the only ones I eat, when I get
that strong craving for something c-RRUUUNchy). The catch is they're
harder to find in stores. Lundberg does mail order and are on Internet.
Today I don't have that info., but will look at home if you need it.
I've never ordered them, Bread & Circus sells their products.
