My Mother has celiac sprue.  She is taking my father, with terminal cancer,
on a vacation through Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California,
Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.  Do you have any information that will
help her to take this trip?  Any stores that carry gluten-free products and
restaurants would be of great help.  I would be grateful for any information
you have.
