I just found out I cannot have eggs. My favorite biscuit recipe calls
for the GF flours, 2 eggs, B.P., Xantham, salt, oil and milk. I used
the Egg Replacer (the amount for 2 eggs which was blended with water).
When the ingredients were all mixed it resembled white clumps of cement.
I had to throw it out.

So my question is - does anybody know why this would happen? Should
the Xantham be omitted when using Egg Replacer? I am very anxious to
have my biscuits again.
Please E-mail me. Thanks.
