Here is a thread that has just started in the autism newsgroup. I haven't
answered as I thought some others with newsreaders could do a better job.
The autism newsgroup has a lot of potential newbies. Don Wiss.

Susan Owens suggested:
(snip)>>I would encourage you to try the gluten free diet, because it is not
that hard to pull off in the short term while you decide whether to go for it
for the long haul. Just be sure and buy some good tasting new gluten-free
foods to make the effort seem more fun.<<

Susan, Could you be more specific? What particular g/f foods are
"good-tasting" and where do you find them? I got the idea that everything had
to be cooked from scratch--very daunting to me who thinks the four food
groups are Fast, Frozen, Instant, and Microwaved. (Actually I CAN cook, it is
just a low priority, I guess.)

ROTFL!!! Those are my favorite four food groups, too, Diane.

On a serious note, when I mentioned a gluten-free diet to my pediatrician
as a possible treatment plan, he said "everything that tastes good has
gluten."
