My dermatologist was telling me Wednesday that a drug called Dapsone can be
used to "control" the effects of gluten on someone with Celiac. I assured
him that I had good counsel on the disease (an excellent doctor and a
nutritionist at U of Chicago Hospitals), but he insists that it works. He
has a friend who has used it for years. He told me to make my doctor look
into it... Any thoughts/feedback to confirm what I already think and what my
nutritionist told me yesterday (that he's misled)?
