I occasionally see references to Old Wessex Oats as being a fairly safe
choice for celiacs. I bought a box of it, and upon closer scrutiny, saw
that it says 'Made in USA', and are therefore not imported Irish oats. It
says 'Irish-style' oats.

Does anyone use this, and does anyone have more info about Old Wessex?

Thanks,

Chris in California
