I bought a rice cooker a few months back and have been making fresh rice
for lunch in my office and combining them the Thai Curry Tuna Packets
from Trader Joes. This combination has been in incredibly tasty, easy
and economical lunch. However, TJ's hasn't carried the items for the
past month now and doesn't know when they will get more.

So I have a couple questions and request for other ideas:

Assuming I can get great tasting rice what are some things I can easily
combine with it? I am vastly more interested in EASY things I can buy
vs. cooking something for scratch. I've tried some of the flavored
salmon in packets from Krogers but they were... disappointing. I'd pay
up to $5 a meal if it was good, easy and nutritious.

My second request is for some really good GF sauces. I'm mostly
interested in things that can be used in a stir fry setting.

It is very easy to get good meats and fish, fresh or frozen (TJ's are
particularly good) vegetables, cook some fresh rice (or rice noodles)
and then add a sauce. So what are some good sauces? I'm not
particularly found of Chinese and Thai style sauces and less in love
with Indian sauces (although I've had some I've liked).

I'll summarize.

Thanks so much!
