I went camping in the states two summers ago and we brought all our own food
for the celiacs in the family.  The place where we camped had a freezer and
they set aside a little spot for us to store our bread, hotdogs, homemade
hamburger patties, etc.  We had no problems at the border.

On the way back we had 6 boxes of Corn Pops and brought them back no problem.
