FYI -- for those of you interested in gf bakeries in New York City -- The Sacred Chow on Hudson Street in the West Village makes fabulous GF brownies, cookies, and energy bars. They told me if more people asked for more GF products, they would make more. And, if you call ahead with an order, they will accomodate you. -- Janice in New York
