Here is a hint for those who bake their own gf bread.   Instead of baking
one loaf in a nine by three inch pan, bake in the non-stick mini bread pans.
Mine are about 2 3/4  x  5  3/4 - called 6 x 3 - and it take four of them to
bake the same amount as the 9 x 3 loaf pan.

They rise better, do not fall, do not need to be sliced to put in the
freezer and you can fill two pans then add fruit etc to rest and have
different breads from the same batch.  they take less time to rise and to
bake.

Besides, they look so appetizing and cute.
