This is to let any of you in the central Texas area know that Carol
Fenster, award winning cookbook author,  will be visiting at the Whole
Foods store in San Antonio on Saturday, September 18.  She is will be
signing  her newest book, Special Diet Celebrations, visiting with
celiacs,  and teaching a class afterward.  The book signing will be from
12-1pm and the cooking class will be 2-4pm in the meeting room there at
Whole Foods.

We hope anyone in this area who is interested will attend.  There is a
very small fee for the cooking class.  For more information you can
