Ive been wondering about something very relevant.

Im confused about something.  Do you all check all labels and then eat
whatever is non-gluten containing food (as per label) or do you call and
check on everything even if the label does not say anything about containing
gluten.  I have always gone by labels and ingested whatever did not contain
gluten (or gluten based items like wheat or malt barley)  From reading this
list, I get the idea that people are checking everything (even things that do
not state gluten on the label) and calling up manufacturers.
