Here are the results:

I have good luck with THINK THIN bars. They have 2-3 carbs per bar and
can be purchased at such stores as Stop+Shop.

If you like them, you can purchase them by the 12 bar case (about
$1.99 per bar) at http://store.yahoo.com/lczone/thinthinlowc.html

There are only two bars that are not GF - French Toast and Very
Berry. Tony

As one of the postings this week also stated, Designer Whey
protein

bars are GF (EXCEPT for anything with the words COOKIES or MALT in the

title). Even though the ingredients states 23 carbs, the bars work out
to

only about 6 carbs per. The only item I don't agree with the previous

author was the taste of the bars. I think they are terrific and carry a

good deal of whey protein. I stay to the Double Chocolate or the

Peanut Butter. You can get a very good price from VITAMIN SHOPPE. In

addition, almost all of their vitamins are also GF (states GF on

their labels at their INTERNET address), and much cheaper than regular

stores.

U turn and Detour are gf, and a HUGE bar has 30 grams of protein and 25

> carbs......half would make a great lunch/snack. And they are

> delicious. they are all over NYC. ..GNC, body building stores, health
food stores. amazing thing is that they are GOOD. Most of the
others...including Atkins are YUCKY. Ann
