Tried the Udi's Millet-Chia bread when traveling last week. Bought it at Whole Foods in San Mateo, CA. Sometimes left in frig. Sometimes left out. The loaf lasted a week, which was exactly what I needed, and didn't get moldy or stale.

Really good bread. Didn't crumble. Had a terrific flavor...and I was guilt-free on the carbs, because it's healthy, as bread goes. It was perfect for me to bring to breakfast every morning at the hotel, since I can't eat most of what's on the buffet, and won't use their toasters.

I'll be looking for it back in NJ, and I've asked the local healthfood store near my other home, to order it for when I'm in Maryland.

(I have no connection to Udi's, other than being an avid fan.)
