Hi fellow listmates!
I bought GLUTINOUS rice flour at an Asian shop in Sterling, Virginia.  The
employee told me that it is Sweet rice flour, however I am feeling uneasy
about using it because of the word: Glutinous.  Has anyone else heard of
sweet rice flour being referred to as glutinous rice flour ?  I will post a
summary.
