Hello,
I'll stop asking questions soon; trying to catch up. One GF food list says Solgar vitamins are all gluten free, but I've learned to be skeptical. Has anyone had bad experiences with Solgar vitamins or supplements overall? Or, for that matter, good experiences? Want to check before I begin popping those bad boys.   :)
