Paul said he wanted a cure for CD so he could have a Big Mac again.  All he
needs to do is take a trip to Sweden and go into any MacDonalds.  They have
G-F Big Macs right there waiting for you.  I kid you not.  We went all the
way from San Francisco to Stockholm for a Big Mac!  My husband even took
pictures of me eating it,  yummy.
