Gluten-free, dairy-free baking

This class addresses the complicated and mysterious world of baking without
gluten. We will discuss the alternatives that are available for preparing
some familiar cakes and cookies. We will also look at nutritional needs,
values of certain foods, and how to plan a satisfying diet without dairy
and gluten. Learn to make carrot cake with maple tofu frosting, fruit
crisp, cornbread, fresh banana muffins, and chocolate cookies.

Many delicious whole grain, vegetable, and bean combinations are possible
and delicious without using any gluten or dairy containing products! Menu
includes black bean tostadas with avocado salad, wild rice tofu loaf,
garlic almond kale, and dill veggie pate.
