Yesterday I posted to the list, and I want to thank Kelly L. in Texas
for the clarification that not all Jennie-O gravies contain gluten.
They actually make some from cornstarch. Here is the helpful e-mail
that Kelly sent me:

Paul, you may want to clarify your comment about avoiding [Jennie-O's]
gravy. I have verified in the past that there is a roasted turkey
WITH gravy that is GF. The gravy is made from corn starch. [Below]
is the official name of the product. As you look at the their list
you will notice that they didn't put a "Gravy packet DOES contain
gluten" warning. There is no reference to it containing gluten,
because it doesn't.

Sincerely,
Kelly L., TX

So, there you have it. Hope everybody has a great, GF Thanksgiving.
