Hi to all,

I am gluten intolerant along with many other foods and therefore need to
vary my diet quite a bit.  I was wondering if any of you could tell me
what kind of vegetables chokos and swedes are?  Where might I find them
in the US?  And especially how to cook and enjoy them.  Thanks in
advance for helping me with this.  I will summarize.
