I received 67 responses (and everytime I started to post the summary, a
few more would show up in my box). Thank you to everyone who took time to
respond.

Do NOT use this information as medical research.  This was a
self-reporting, perceptual survey.

Formatting:  I tried several fonts to find which one worked for all other
fonts with a column format.  If the numbers do not line up, change your
font to a non-proportional one, such as Courier.

I did two major isolations of the tallies:
        (1) Child -vs- Adult
        (2) Adult: Biopsy/Serology-Proven -vs- Self-Diagnosed.

With regards to the self-diagnosed group, my strong, general sense from
the comments was that they benefitted from and had a positive response to
the GF diet.  I have included their responses in the Combined Adult
tallies.
