Just came across this announcement and thought it might be of interest to
other celiacs in the Twin Cities:

Lakewinds Natural Foods (952-473-0292) is offering "Gluten-Free and
Vegetarian Camping Made Easy" on Tuesday, August 8, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
This class is taught by Debra Smith and is $23 for non-members, $18 for
TCNFC members. Lakewinds Natural Foods is located in Minnetonka, MN.

My only connection to this is belonging to another of the Twin Cities
Natural Food Co-ops (TCNFC). :)
