Dear All,

I have been following your comments for nearly 2 months and have found them
all very interesting and of great help. I have been GF for nearly 3 years
and to discover that there are others having similar difficulties (and
coping) is a comfort in itself.

I am writing to ask if anyone can enlighten me on using my new electric 700
classic De Longhi pasta machine that also mixes bread dough. What are the
best combinations of flours for the best results for pasta/noodles and
bread?

Also does anyone know if Bristol, UK has a coeliac group?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Tanya, from Bristol, UK.
