During the Passover season, Gruenebaum's cakes are available in supermarkets.
They are Kosher for Passover and do not contain any wheat.  I stock up on
them in my freezer and am able to have them for a few months after Passover.

My recommendation is for those who want a treat in the freezer, stock up!
