NatureHi all: 
I will be travelling to Sioux Center, Iowa (near Sioux Falls, South Dakota) to attend summer school.  It's a three day trip, so I really don't want to take frozen food with me.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a place in either center where you can get basic gluten free food.  Mostly, I'm just looking for frozen waffles; they are the mainstay of my breakfast.
