Hi everyone! I just sub'd this list, and I'm already learning valuable things
around here. It was just a couple months ago that I found I was highly
allergic to wheat (as well as certain other things). I had just eaten two big
bowls of Frosted Mini-Wheats, and had become really sick. That added to the
 fact
that I'd been suffering heavy asthma attacks confirmed that I was allergic to
wheat. The asthma attacks were from wheat dust around town (I live in Cheney,
WA, which is a wheat farming town). I'm on scholarship out here, so I can't
quite pick up and move out of here. So I'm looking for whatever I can do to
keep the wheat at bay, so to speak. Thanks for all your ideas!
