Only one responder had actual experience with such a service, but their's was a once-a-month delivery of  frozen meals.  What I was offered was essentially a fresh catered ( cooked then cooled) meal delivered early in the morning in a cooler with some regular ice, in a container for later re-heating.  Although I felt comfortable with both the gf and quality aspects of the service, I was not comfortable with the food safety aspect, especially with summer coming, and I opted not to subscribe.  Thanks to all who offered suggestions.
