I recall someone posting a message about which Passover foods are safe for Celiacs.  I am seeing a lot of Passover foods in the grocery stores but some of them do say wheat or matzo meal.  I am not sure what matzo meal is but I assume they are not safe.  Could someone refresh my memory on what Passover foods are safe for us!  Thanks.
