I am new to the list, and this may have been discussed already.
I love pasta, and find the corn pasta too gummy for my taste.  I have found a
wonderful Rice Pasta made by PASTARISO.  They only do rice pasta so there is
no fear of contamination.  You can mail order their products.  You can write
