Hi, I don't usually drink alcohol especially as there is such a
limited variety for a celiac to choose from.  I recently had a small
glass of Courvoissier cognac and hours later had one of my typical
'gluten' reactions of severe cramping, diarrhoea etc.  What's in
cognac that I could be reacting to?  Any ideas?
