Celiac Support Groups in NC are planning an exciting two-day symposium
for October 2002. We are inviting speakers from all over the country who
are leaders in the field to enrich this educational forum.Coping with
Celiac Disease/Dermatitis Herpetiformis and Associated Autoimmune
Diseases. Humorous, positive people are coming. We are inviting the
teaching cooks from SOUTHERN LIVING magazine to join our gluten free
chefs for a demonstration and a tasting party or breakfast or lunch or
banquet. We hope to have bone density testing,diabetes testing, celiac
blood screening for first degree relatives. If you would like to attend

Suggestions are welcome. The site will be either Winston-Salem or
Durham. We are investigating to see which city will offer the most
amenities. Any Profit will go towards a summer camp in NC for children
