I have had a bunch of emails with questions on The Most Dangerous Cake recipe.  

Do grease the mug before you make put the ingredients in - just to be sure it slips out.

If you use Ruby Range Baking Mix you do not have to use xanthan gum.  If you substitute a different mix add a pinch of xanthan gum to the recipe.

You can use a blend of gluten-free flours other that Ruby Range, the taste and texture will not be quite as good and you will want to eat it the day you make it.  Ruby Range products hold up for several days after baked.
