Hi everyone,

The Celiac Project looks like a great project, and I look forward to seeing
it. I just wanted to mention that it's not the only documentary film project that's happening right
now. "100% Gluten Free" is a documentary film about the rising prevalence of
celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. The project is also already in
production.
