My daughter (almost 3yo) has recently been diagnosed with Tourette
Syndrome, and our family is being tested for Celiacs. (Should get the
info next week.)   Anyone have information/suggestions on homeschooling
a child with special needs (including Celiacs).

Also, we have just moved to the SW part of NC (Cullowhee & Sylva
area).  Any input in good restaurants/healthfood stores, etc?
(Willing to go to Waynesville or Ashville if need be...

FreshMarket doesn't carry ANY GF products that I could see.)
