Hello-I'm in need of a substitute for Ener-G's egg replacer for baking as I
was just diagnosed with egg and potato allergy.  Suggestions for a product
or combination of baking items would be helpful.  I could really use some
recipes for GF & egg free pancakes, muffins or waffles.
