I telephoned the publisher yesterday and got the specific information
for myself and felt I should pass it on.

It is $12.00 per year - 4 issues a year

Premiere issue is $5.00.  Its more expensive because they are sending it
separately to anyone who orders it, as the regular subscriber's first
issue has already been automatically posted and sent as I write this.
