Regarding the recent postings on Pam cooking spray and other ways to
keep foods from sticking, here's my two cents.
 
I use Mazola No Stick Corn Oil Cooking Spray.  Ingredients listed are:
liquid corn oil, lecithin (from soybeans), methyl silicone (for better
pan coverage), and propellant.
 
I can't remember when I called them last, but their phone number is
800-338-8831.  This product is made by Best Foods, CPC International
Inc., Englewood Cliffs, NJ  07632-9976.
