Does anyone on the list have a GF recipe for Gingerbread that can be
used to make Gingerbread houses or men.
 
Last year my Celiac son had to make do with rinsed smarties off the
outside of the gingerbread house - I want to do a little better for
him this year.
 
By the way we don't seem to have any bean flours available here in
Australia, so I wouldn't be able to use a recipe that called for
them.
