I haven't researched the pancreatic link, but one of our support group
members had pancreatic cancer (15 years ago), had a "Whipple" procedure and
is full of energy and good health.

I have similar symptoms and will be having them checked out by Dr. Adler in
Louisville ( he really knows CD).  One common thing is the inability to
emulsify fats.  Joyce said they "ran right through her" - I suffer from
bloating and really nasty gas sounds in addition to pain directly under my
gb scar and through to a trigger point behind my ribs.  I didn't think this
was gi, but Joyce insists it is.  The more I read, the more I agree.  I hope
I get some answers on Monday.
