Hi to the Listmates,

I posted two nights ago because I seem to develop a bad post-nasal drip in
the summertime due to the A/C blasting. I inquried if Robitussin is okay to
use.

Here were some of the responses I got:

I was told that Robitussin with Guaifenissen(please excuse sp.) is ok for
Celiacs
I was told that a good site to check on GF medicines is at
   http://www.glutenfreedrugs.com/glutenlist.htm
I was advised to gargle with saline solution, and was recommended to
take B&T bronchial drops which is available at local health food stores
Someone mentioned that children's liquid Benadryl is fine to take
I was informed that a neti pot can help with post-nasal drip/cough
Lastly, I was informed that Albuterol, with a hand-held inhaler may also
be useful to inquire about(Proventil, I believe)

Thanks to all who helped me. My mother has been out of town this week, and
I don't think she could have given me as good advice. Thanks. Last night I
also tried sleeping with the window open and the A/C off. A lot of the stuff on
my throat seemed to be better. Now that it's getting more humid out by the
day we'll see....I may just have to take up the suggestions listed above.

Thanks again, and happy Independence Day,
