The Central Missouri Celiac Support Group will meet from 2-4 PM, Saturday, November 3rd.

We'll be in the Club room of the HyVee Grocery, 405 East Nifong Blvd., Columbia, MO. 


Mary Manulik, who has her own bakery, will speak to us on holiday baking. 


NO Snacks this time....just bring your favorite recipe to share.


We look forward to seeing a lot of familiar faces and a lot of new ones also. And I'm sure the program will be interesting to all of us. 

Note also that HYVEE is having a Gluten Free Gala that same day from 10 AM to 2 PM. Enjoy free samples from over 15 different vendors including Udi's, Smart Chicken and Tinkyada.
