Hi everyone
in an article in the San Jose Mercury News, today, I learned
that Japanese Soba noodles are made from wheat and buckwheat.
This is a shock to me because I have always been told that they
were made from rice flour.  My question is:
    Is it possible to make Soba noodles from rice flour?
