Today's Albuquerque Journal had the following article in the food section:

COMPANY OFFERS GLUTEN-FREE BREAD

The Great Harvest Bread Co. of Albuquerque is now baking gluten-free
products made from rice flour for people who suffer from wheat or
gluten intolerance, also known as celiac disease.

Great Harvest's two locations -- 11200 Montgomery NE and 4801 Montano
NW -- bake the gluten-free breads each Sunday.

They have several varieties, including white (rice flour), woodstock
(walnuts, pecans, sunflouwer and flax seeds), fruit (apples or
cherries) and cinnamon raisin, as well as gluten-free scones.

Contact Bill Dial at (505) 293-8277.

I have absolutely no connection with this company, but am eager to
drive the 225 miles to pick up a loaf of bread. Also, if anybody from
the Albuquerque celiac groups was instrumental in making this happen,
thanks so much! Let's keep them in business.
