Hello to everybody,

I am planning 10 days in August to visit Czech Republic
(Praha and vicinity) and Hungary (Budapest and vicinity).

It's my first time that I go to east Europe and really don't know
much about their food habits, I mean the usual questions:
"do you use wheat flour to thicken their sauces??" etc etc

I only know goulash as an Hungarian speciality and from
what I have read it should be GF, also I have seen a couple
of receipts on web and unfortunately they do contain wheat flour.

Any info concerning foods, restaurants and eventually any translation
of a short explanatory message in both Hungarian and Czech
would be very appreciated, as well as any other suggestion.

Thanks to everybody,
ciao Maurizio in Milano.
