Well this is another one of those depends on who you are ones!

THe majority of DH-er's say no iodine at all.  For us non-DH'ers some folks
seem to have a reaciton and some don't.  SOme people said eating shellfish
from salt water does them in.

Just another little mystery that we get to solve - glad I read all those
Nancy Drew books when I was 8.
